The view from the two windows in my apartment looked like a painting. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, which makes it very convenient to get to the city center.

Yet, it was just a short walk to the vibrant city center, which was perfect for discovering Trier’s rich history and charming shops. As a family traveling with our dog, we were thrilled by how pet-friendly the accommodation was. Our furry companion was just as comfortable as we were, which is something we deeply appreciate. This place offered everything we could ask for – comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is very modern and stocked with all the cookware, glassware, and equipment you could possibly need. It’s close to a grocery store as well. Little details like having extra blankets and pillows make it feel like home. Tons of natural light comes through the windows during the day and there are lots of well-placed lamps for evening ambiance. A lot of the artwork is original and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole place was spotless, including the bathroom which had soft, brilliantly white towels. There is a large outdoor seating area with couches, a table and chairs, and lovely flowers everywhere! Astrid is very responsive and replied within seconds whenever I messaged her. She even brought extra coffee beans for us to use in the super-fancy coffee machine. This is a really nice place in a great location if you want to do some hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable and light filled apartment. The outlook to the garden and bird feeders was lovely as was the outdoor setting we were able to use. Rocco met us, helped us with our luggage and provided a great deal of useful information. A bonus was the easy street parking at the rear of the property and the bus stop to go to the town centre out the front.
