The location is isolated and awesome. Camp, toilet, dining area is clean.

Hamood is very well organised and the accommodation is beautiful, high up on the dunes so you can get brilliant views very easily. The drive in was fun in our hire 4WD so if you're competent driving a 4WD feel free to take your own one. The food was amazing, probably the best meal we had in Oman. If you're there on a Friday or Sunday ask Khalid to take you to the local dune racing!! Khalid was such a legend and took me to see the locals racing their crazy 4WDs up these enormous dunes, it was the highlight of my trip. If you're into cars it's absolutely wild, Khalid I can't thank you enough for the experience mate!

Remal Resort features accommodation in Bidiyah. Featuring a garden, the 5-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The resort has an indoor pool, terrace and barbecue, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. The resort locates at the edge of the desert so it's easy to reach by normal cars. Rooms are well furnitured and clean, you can even take a comfort bath in the desert house. The house keeper Osamh helps a lot, he offered us a very nice experience. In addition, the sunset journey and desert dinner are strongly recommended, private BBQ under the starlight was definitely fantastic .

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Really beautiful villa right at the start of Wahiba Sands it’s magical to wake up to the dunes around you and then chill in your private pool. The host is super kind and friendly and organised us a good value private tour of the dunes taking our direct wishes/plans and tailoring the afternoon to us. He could not do enough for us and made it a super hospitable stay. The house has two good bathrooms, a lovely living area and a stunning terrace with the roof terrace having dune views. It’s also close to the town centre where there is anything you could need from good coffee to supermarkets. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

The service was first class, if you needed anything you could contact the owner. I highly recommend the dinner which was just amazing with good portions. There was also a projector available, which is just an incredible idea for watching a film on the roof in the evening, it's really nice.

It is far way better even than a 5 star hotel! We booked the bubble room and in first night we were alone at the property like we owned the place. Although we could stay in any of other rooms inside hotels which were also perfect super new rooms with 5 star views but we prefered to stay in the bubble for our very first time.Super clean, decent breakfast (only this needs attention) but you have a kitchen, bbq and very close (by car) a supermarket and you will feel like home eventually. And last but not least Mister Majed, the external partner which makes activities in Wahiba Sands and also the guy who helps to have a smooth check in before you arrive, is an outstanding person who fulfil every inquiry and makes our stay even better. So if you havent booked anything for safari or other activities in the area, Mr. Majed will take care for you for very reasonable prices.

The place is spacious, kept very clean, comfy beds, nice equipped kitchen and hot shower. Easy access to desert camps and activities as well as townie food and groceries. We truly enjoyed our stay.
