There is also a nice beach right in front of the hotel, it is not a problem to move around the island by bus, we did it,the bus stop is right opposite. For us it was the most beautiful vacation yet thanks to Nathalie and Luca, if we come back, we will definitely stay at Anse Boudin apartments❤️

It is on the best beach on Praslin. And probably the only property with direct beach access from your apartment. Absolutely magical. The beach is no doubt one of the best in Seychelles. Do not miss to snorkel the coral reefs on the right side close to boulder rocks. Beautiful corals and fish. And if you are lucky, you can see small lemon shark too. And on left side of the beach, you can see turtles while snorkeling. But corals are better on the right side end (more on side of the residences. The staff is absolutely lovely and you get treated very nicely. There is daily cleaning. Beach towels provide and apartments have everything you need. I preferred the lower (ground) floor apartments as you can be on the beach from your terrace. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as hard to rent at the beach. The property doesn’t have breakfast or dinner but kitchens are very well equipped and you can get breakfast on discounted rate in the restaurant right next door if you are staying here.

The property was clean, spacious and well maintained with everything one may need, even for a longer stay. There is a nice patio, if you’re staying on the first floor, and also a cute little yard with a parking spot (or two). The house is located close to one of the more populated areas on the island with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways, which are very popular among locals. It’s within a walking distance to Praslin airport, where there are two ATMs. We used “the left one” with our Revolut card and there were no charges or fees for withdrawing. The jetty is about 20 minutes away by car, and Anse Georgette (Constance Lemuria) is also really close by. Our hostess was very friendly, welcoming and responsive. She gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc.

Unit #4 (lower level) was perfect as we could step off our patio to the pool, sit on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee in the bright sunlight. Raphaël was absolutely lovely, waiting up for us when our flight was delayed making our nighttime arrival more comfortable. He was always available whenever we had a question about anything. We arranged dinner through Therese & it was absolutely delicious, we had enough leftovers for dinner the next night. We dined at the elevated dining spot overlooking the ocean at sunset, it was magical. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay.

The property is situated 3.9 km from Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve, 4.6 km from Praslin Museum and 2.1 km from Fond Ferdinand. Each room is equipped with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. My double room was in effect a spacious one bedroom appartment, with a big lovely balcony overlooking the nature around and had kitchen facilities, like microwave boiler etc. The big double bed was very confortable, as well the bathroom with a big cabin shower. All fornitures were new, with an appealing and colourful interior design; the cleaning of the room was perfect. A big thanks to the owner Dorina, and to her two girls in the staff, who had been all time, before and during my stay, very attentive, friendly and helpful to me.The breakfast room, the cozy garden and the common spaces areas were also very confy, making easy to speak and meet other travellers. The breakfast has been delicious, including eggs or omelettes, a plate of exotic fruits, juice, cofee or milk, bread toasted with home made marmelades and peanut butter. The location is excellent and strategical, just 8-10 minutes walking to/from the ferry harbour and around there are many minimarkets, supermarkets, take away and restaurants or cafes. A bus stop is abou 2,3 minutes walking by.
