This recently renovated homestay is located less than 1 km from Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and a 11-minute walk from Times Square. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The shared kitchen had everything to prepare meals. Filtered water, coffee, sugar and basic pantry items were available for the guests. The fridge had a portion segregated for each room. The patio had a few chairs and umbrellas and was a great place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evenings. Staff was always available in case we had any questions/issues. All the amenities were there. There is even A washer and dryer in the basement that you can use for a fee. Air conditioning in every room. It was very neat and clean. The neighborhood doesn’t seem very pleasant at first, but we never had any problems. The apartment is well located, only A 5 minute walk to the metrostation and then a 20 minute drive to Manhattan. There’s A very good foodmarket nearby the metro. We recommend this apartment.

Guest rooms will provide guests with a full kitchen. Great location, especially for an overnight to recover from a long haul flight/jet lag. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything was adjustable - lighting, temperature, etc. The bathroom is very modern and amazing. The instructions to find and enter the property were really helpful. There were snacks!

Top of the Rock is 4.1 km from the apartment, while Radio City Music Hall is 4.5 km from the property. LaGuardia Airport is 11 km away. Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the subway, Central Pk, the Met. Near lots of good cafes, restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We stayed 4 days and it was comfortable. There is one bed and one couch bed. Although we were 4 people there was almost enough space. It was relatively cheap and location was good (10 min walk to central park). And also it has a small kitchen and some kitchen utensils. You can always reach to owner of flat. He is trying to help all the time. We are glad we stayed here.
