You should consider to drive a motorbike if you want to save money on grab because the location is not in the center of the city (about 7-10 minutes) but for me it was exactly what I was looking for since I like to ride in Vietnam. Locals are fantastic too over there.

To say the room is clean is an understatement, it was SPOTLESS. Also had the feel of 5 star furnishings with all amenities. Quiet, warm and like new. First cabin all the way. Even though it is a quiet and hillside area, it is still well situated and really close to the city center. There are also cool coffee shops right around the corner. The kitchen area is well equipped and actually better in real life than it is on photos. There are also a few inquisitive cats you can spot on the roofs of the building. P.S. The host is amazing and unbelievably helpful.
