Magnificent experience overall, we got everything we needed and more, truly amazing staff all over the premises incl Khairul @ bell desk, restaurants, management, Monica @ reception, beach, pool, game room, kids room, security etc. We felt super safe and welcomed throughout our stay. My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back.
