Search Sheraton hotels in Delhi NCR

The operation manager was willing to listen to my condolences. The next day the situation got a bit better. My review is based on my experience for this time . But I am willing to give Sheraton new Delhi another chance. Because I saw there were some improvements after I put my condolences to the operation manager.

Sheraton saket is my regular place for staying and that’s because of the familiar and very efficient staff, I can’t say that for the people at the reception folks but right from the door man to concierge to Th bell boy to the people serving you at the breakfast place or Satish at the coffee shop ,they just make your stay wonderful. I wish they could pass on some tips to their colleagues at the reception

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast spread was also great and the staff at the breakfast place were also excellent! All in all the whole team at Sheraton also including the staff at the entrance to the hotel, all made sure that we had a comfortable and a great stay! Can’t wait to come back :)
