The view from our appartment in the third floor was absolutely amazing! Modern, new, well equiped. If needed - washing mashine, dryer, ironing in underground floor. Good parking. One pool 136cm heated 32, another colder 205cm, sauna with mountain views. Also big advantage - very good sound isolation between appartments. All blocks connected via underground tunnels - leading to sauna/pools. Restaurant in hotel, also a lot restaurants in town. Supermarket few minutes walking. A list of places to go for a walk - river, lake, cable car (this one we were not so exited: cold, commercial, more for kids)

The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

The best thing about this house was how well the girl treated you, she was very nice and attentive. Apart from this, the house was very good, the kitchen had everything, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The girl invited you to breakfast, which was very delicious.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. We really liked everything at this Hotel. The Staff were so friendly and the hotel owners were always present. This made our stay so cozy. What was as well great, was the restaurant staff, they already knew after one day, what we want to drink (still or sparkling water, espresso, tea etc.) :-) Just want to say THANK YOU - we appreciate stayed at your place
