The hotel was nice and clean. We had a mountain view and the room was very comfortable. The free tea and coffee facilities in the lobby was much appreciated while waiting for our bus after check out.

Edwina is an extremely helpful host. The place is perfectly located, close to the center, but at the same time in a very quiet area.

The location is excellent and the room was perfect. It was also very quiet and perfect for our weekend away with family. Great value as well. We will be back!

We love staying at Buffalo Mountain, and after staying at many other places in Banff, Buffalo is by far our favorite. The comfortable beds and the heated floors in the bathroom are a nice touch for adding comfort.
