Loved the contact free, virtual check in/check out process. Nice, new, modern hotel with great rooms. Central location in Banff. Very helpful staff. And great to be able to use the facilities (pool, hot tub, steam room) at the sister hotel just across the road.

Room is clean and cozy and we have everything we need in the kitchen as well. Self served breakfast helps a lot. The location is also nice, just five minutes walk from Banff main street. The host give us advice on recommendations and traffic which is also nice and helpful.

The lobby has a cool decor and a dining room attached to it. The room has a real fireplace, and for people who have lived in the city, igniting a fire is not easy, so the staff guided us successfully, a great experience!
