It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Perfect location in centre of Zermatt's main street, 5 mins walk from the train terminal, amongst shops and restaurants. A view of the Matterhorn peak and the village from out shared balcony was an unexpected bonus. The room was very spacious - best we've ever had in a 3 star hotel - and heaps of storage. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Loved it!

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was perfectly wonderful. Definitely recommendable!

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Amazing staff. Beautiful Swiss hotel and the food was amazing. Perfectly located 5⭐️

Hotel room is incredible. Clean. Breakfast is delicious . Balcony view . Room scent . Room space . Easy to access. The receptionist was really helpful and welcoming

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Its an amazing hotel, has everithing that the couples and travelers wanted and go beyond the expectations. Congrats to the hotel service team.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Best place I’ve ever been in my life!!! Excellent attention, best view on Zermatt , centric, a place to dream of. If I have the opportunity will definitely return!!!

This 3-star hotel is a modern and trendy city hotel located in the car-free Bahnhofstrasse and contains modern yet comfortable rooms, as well as a private parking garage.

It is situated near the railway station/PTT, on the Bahnhofstrasse, which is an ideal starting point for all your business in the upper Valais region. The staff and hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was also great! Location was great as well, less than a 5 min walk from the train station.

The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Station and the Zermatt-Furi Ski Lift are 900 metres away. The price to value ratio, exceptionally helpful stuff, location, facilities and atmosphere in the hotel. The way the hotel accommodated the dog and provided all the necessities.

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa facilities and free WiFi access. First of all, the hotel provides shuttle services to/fro Zermatt train station. That truly helps travellers a lot especially with the luggages we are carrying. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff provided very warm welcome to us. We reached around 11AM. Even though our room was not ready yet, the staff kindly offered to bring our luggages into our room once it is available. That allowed us to explore the town while waiting for our room to be ready. We were stunned by the beauty of the room when the room was ready. We booked a room with Matterhorn view, and were given the top floor at the main building. The room was spectacular, very warmly decorated and equipped with good amenities. The management team also kindly provided us some snacks and personalized welcome card at the mini bar. The mini bar is equipped with all kinds of snacks (chargeable) and truly provide the convenience. What's even more stunning are the view from the windows. Our room has 4 big windows - 3 in the room, 1 in the bathroom. 2 of the windows in the room provide a direct view of the famous Matterhorn, while the other faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. The window in the bathroom faces the Zermatt-Gronergrat train track. Both views allowed us to stay comfy in the room, while not missing out on the beautiful view of Matterhorn and the incredible Gronergrat train which pass by every 30 mins. The hotel is equipped with multiple pools, the most incredible being the heated outdoor pool which provides a view to the Matterhorn. There are 2 indoor jacuzzis and 1 indoor swimming pool, as well as multiple sauna rooms. We used all the pools everyday during our stay there. The outdoor pool was our favourite, soaking in the warm pool, while taking in the view and enjoying the sun. The breakfast spread was the best among all the hotels we staying in throughout Switzerland. Be sure to include it in your stay.
