The room itself is wonderful, we had an apartment with two floors. The room had everything you needed, as well as the kitchen, the cleaning was very good, always clean towels and necessary consumables (shampoos, toilet paper, etc...) Breakfast deserves special praise, not only can you find everything you want on it, but it is also very tasty. The staff works excellently, and is very kind and friendly, ready to solve all your questions, tell you somewhere else and where to go. In the evening, the hotel restaurant can delight you with delicious local cuisine - thank you! We booked one night, but after checking in we decided to stay and enjoy the mountains!

The room was clean and had a really nice view, the bed was extremely comfortable, food was excellent, spa was amazing.

The staff were very helpful with all our enquires and great service throughout our stay. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a super breakfast each morning. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, and it was suberb. The hotel is very close to the gondola and generally is a perfect location to bus or drive to many walking trails. A jacuzzi or sauna in the hotel was very welcome at the end of the day. Rafael was a pleasure to deal with.

At the guest house, all units are allergy-free and soundproof. Everything was exceptional. The host was very friendly, the room was very clean, with modern design and wood furniture. We even got coffee and snacks included for the morning. A rare 10/10 location. The view when you leave the location is awesome. The bus station is right next to the hotel.
