The service was spectacular and hosts very welcoming. Recommend anyone coming to Sevan to stay at this hotel, location is excellent and facilities/rooms suits ones needs. I even got a free updgrade of the room, showing the warm and excellent hopsitality of hosts.

All personnel in the hotel were amazing specially Elena (restaurants mgr.) and Marine (front desk) who helped us solving a problem with the reservation. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding!!! All the premises were in mint condition and the pools, spa and gym were free and very well maintained. We had an amazing time and we will come back for sure!!

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good.
