We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.

Everything was excellent but especially the stuff at the door/car service/baggage carrier, they were exceptional, they went extra mile with everything we asked for and even did things we didn’t expect. Unbelievable experience really. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast was amazing and there was lots of choice. The staff was so friendly and service minded. I saw guests thank individuals in the staff in person before leaving because they thought the service was so great and I felt that same way. They checked us in early and were very accommodating. The facilities were great and we were almost alone in the spa the days we went. The restaurant was great and had a good vibe. Great drinks and wines. Our room was amazing with a view over the slope and the hotel had a direct lift to the ski depot and to the gondola! We also parked our car for free in the garage and the garage was connected to the building which made it easy. Everything was great 10/10 all around.

The location is absolutely stunning. The wellness centre was fabulous with incredible views- so relaxing. Maurits, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to return.

Apartment was very clean, even the kitchen utensils were exceptionally clean. Nadine did everything she could, to be able to give us the apartment before official check-in time. We have found everything we have needed in the apartment. Apartment is new and exceptionally big compared to other apartments we have stayed until now. It is very close to 2 ski lifts. Parking and ski room are definitely other advantages.

    There are big and nice spa area, very very good restaurants, lobby area was equiped by big monitor to watch olimpic games, price of the hotel included travel card for all busses in ares and also ski lift.

    The general experience is still pretty good and we would gladly return. The view from the outdoor pool is amazing, the saunas are great, there are toilets and showers all around the wellness area. The staff are very nice and kind (minus the lady that caused us problems with staying after checkout).
