Room was big and comfortable. Ski depot is modern with heated warmers for boots. Saunas are clean and good. The staff is very helpful and kind. They speak Croatian and it was helpful since I can speak Croatian quite good. I enjoyed all that hotel has to offer. Breakfast is excellent. Garage is also available.

Everything was great, really, we were happy and impressed by everything: food, decor, staff, extra activities the offer, location, the list goes on. We truly felt like at home or even better and could not recommend this place enough, will definitely stay in a Falkensteiner chain again.

The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment
