This was our second stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect - the room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, nicely decorated and offered a spendid view of the mountains. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful and very professional. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. In our opinion, the hotel should have an additional star as the quality is that of a four-star hotel. We hope very much to return !

The entire establishment (both the spa and the hotel) is truly impressive and well-maintained. In all the facilities, there are refreshment points with an incredibly competent, professional, and friendly staff. The main restaurant features a rich buffet and offers a different menu every day. Additionally, the hotel organizes various outdoor activities that allow you to fully appreciate that Lagerfeld area. The bedroom and bathroom are always clean and tidy, and the minibar is always well-stocked. The scenery offers breathtaking views of the mountains. All areas are clearly marked with guidelines for the appropriate attire. For me, it’s one of the gems of Tyrol.

Great brand new hotel! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The owners were really helpful and nice! The view from our room was amazing. It was great to be able to sit on the terrace and admire the view. Also the touristic card given by the hotel allows to get a lot of things for free in the area. It is a big plus.
