The hotel is clean, lovely decorated and quiet. It overlooks parts of the thermal bath but also some of the nature around the bath which makes it very idyllic. The staff are very friendly and helpful and food was great as per usual.

The room was huge, the supper the first night was truly exceptional. We stayed at a time when very few other guests were there, so it was very quiet - also the SPA area was equally quiet. The pool and Sauna are small but great, especially considering often we were the only visitors. Staff was great.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing - enough choices for a 3-year-old kid too :-) lunch break was excellent as well - the entire food service just amazing. Additionally, all the people working there were SUPER friendly, and Mr. Stoiser was an excellent host ALSO to kids :-)!!!!
