United KingdomThe hotel was very nice, right in the center, parking is ok at the weekend and free. very quite at night, plenty of places to eat within 2 mins walk. the spa is very good not to busy at the weekend, open from 10.00-19.30. the hotel is like a 4star hotel.

PolandWe had a wonderful stay with the whole family at Villa Krasi. The children loved the jacuzzi and the spacious yard where they could run and play. We really enjoyed the terrace and the stunning view over the mountains and the town — beautiful at any time of day. The terrace is perfectly equipped for relaxing. The house has everything you might need. Each room has a working air conditioner, which was especially important given the heat. The internet connection was flawless.
The host is very kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any request.

Very clean, the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious. The deluxe rooms are big with a shower and a bath which was perfect for our toddler! We stayed for 4 nights with our 1 and a half year old and it was a perfect peaceful mountain spa break!

Breakfast was standard and ok
I have not tried spa and all other services, but I feel that these should be good and worthy.
Beds were fine but pillows were not (but that's objective)
Although the fridge was small, at least you provided that.

The hotel was very cozy and nicely furnished. SPA area is clean, warm and with multiple relaxing spots. We also tried the massages and were very pleased.
There is an option for kids massage and my boys (8 and 5 years old) really enjoyed it. Personnel was extremely friendly and kind.

The spa in the hotel is nice with a lot of different saunas. I was pleasantly surprised that the outside pools were working in the winter and two of those were with hot water. The dinner in the restaurant was simply amazing. All of the staff that we met was nice and helpful.

The bed was big and comfortable. The toiletries smelled nice, and they offered bathrobes and slipperstoo. There was an extensive spa menu and two pools, so this hotel would be a great choice for relaxing.
