Everything. The service was top notch, whether at the front desk or room service or the valet. The room was impeccable, and the terrace was very useful. The presence of a first class bar (Bar George) in the hotel was the cherry on top.

We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was fantastic, elegant styling and everything matched perfectly. Rarely have we felt so at home in a hotel. We arrived very late but all the staff made us welcome by serving drinks and pastries. Will definitely return.

Always greeted with a smile by the helpful and friendly staff. They were so lovely. The room was very spacious, bathroom was large and clean. Housekeeping was conducted everyday. In the room, there were Tea, Coffee and Water on a daily basis. The location was excellent walking distance to most of the attractions, Underground City shopping malls and Restaurants, The Darlington Restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly.
