It was a pleasant surprise that my room was upgraded so I enjoyed a more spacious room with all the comfort and cleanliness that comes with it. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff. Bonus is that the hotel is very near the bus stop. My travel to the main attractions as well as the train station was easy.

Everything about the property was Exceptional and First Class. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Loved the restaurant, food, wine and the great staff.     Beautiful hotel, with a stunning view of the lake, perfect central location for evening strolls or days spent by the lake. The facility’s at the hotel were exceptional, great indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and spa. The bed was super comfy, and they were super accommodating to our 2 Pomeranians :)

    We had a beautiful panoramic view, the room was quiet and we found a complimentary bottle of wine, a lemon cake and a free bar in our room. Very nice touch. The staff were super friendly and very efficient. I was also able to book a parking space for my car. The breakfast was excellent, huge amount of choice and the hotel location is fabulous.

    Spectacular views of the lake from the spacious room, which was also very clean and quiet. Great location, with a beautiful walk into town or a short walk to the nearby tram stop taking you into Montreux and Vevey. All staff very helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Huge swimming pool and sauna.

    The room was spacious with the promised balcony and wonderful view of the lake. I wish we had had more time to enjoy it and all the options including pool and sauna and a walk along the lake. The breakfast spread was huge with the view of the lake. The city pass also provided lots of options/discounts -- something that we get from the high city taxes -- including to Chateau Chillon which is only 10 minutes away.
