Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

First of all I would like to thank Janka for all the extra effort she pulled for us because of our late check in, She was very kind and helpful and prepared everything for us. We loved our room, it was clean and the bed extra comfortable, the view breathtaking, the breakfast delicious.

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. Friendly staff, very tasty breakfast (a lot of different meal), clean rooms and hotel overall, incredible views from hotel and parking (parking is big, you can always find a place for your car). Perfect place to stay in Switzerland!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, they were so friendly and helpful. The location is stunning. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast and sauna were amazing too.
