everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! The location is great, and they have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the concierge services are impeccable! The breakfast is pretty good with a nice Buffett and egg station with a chef to cook your eggs. The shops on the first and second floors are nice and have some interesting options! Amazing views from the lakeside rooms! The wine tasting areas 20 minutes away by car are excellent!

Excellent location. Beautiful room with terrace. Opted for the continental breakfast which was lovely with adequate choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.
