Welcom set for our dogs was so so cute! They gave our dogs their own beds, bowls, snaks and small can with food. Dogs and us were really happy. We came in the evening to take a rest in the middle of our way. Stuff was perfect, kind and smiling (appreciate, because it was almost 22:00!), check in and out was fast. Breakfast was full of choice, juice, tee and coffee, a lot of different kinds of food. Room and bathroom was comfy and clean, smells nice. Highly recommended! 🥰

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel; it was truly wonderful. The expansive hall, complete with a grand piano, added a touch of elegance. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options. I particularly recommend trying the porridge from the menu. The assortment of yogurts and juices was impressive. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the complimentary candies at the reception were a sweet touch. The availability of a gym and sauna elevated the overall experience. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the large bathroom featuring a sizable shower was spotlessly clean. The well-equipped desk, accompanied by a small, charming armchair and table, provided a cozy work corner. The boiler for tea preparation and the coffee machine available in the room made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a pleasant and comfortable stay, in particular for business travels.

it is very good spa and fitness. The room has everything you need: a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and a dining area. Even though my windows faced the street, it was very quiet.

Everything went just as expected.

This hotel is an excellent choice. 3 course dinner menu was probably the best hotel menu set we ever had. However, the red wine was served a couple degrees too warm.

This is a very friendly hotel, well kept and offering great service. The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect for us and it was close to a Bavarian restaurant with 10/10 food. Definitely going to stay there next time we need to visit Hannover.
