The staff were so kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It’s quiet enough to relax but close to everything you might need. We felt pampered and peaceful the entire time.

We chose this hotel for its location, and it delivered far more than we expected. The room was large, air-conditioned, and had a kitchenette with all the essentials. The terrace gave us relaxing views of the pool. Breakfast was excellent, with both continental and American choices. Complimentary parking made our trip stress-free.

The suite was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The terrace gave us a peaceful view of the gardens, and we spent many evenings there. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with à la carte dishes prepared fresh. Free parking and WiFi made everything convenient. The location near the beach sealed the deal.

My partner and I stayed for five nights, and it was one of our best vacations yet. The beachfront location meant we could swim in the ocean whenever we wanted. In the evenings, the rooftop pool offered a quieter, more private experience. Our studio was cozy and modern, with everything we needed, from WiFi to a fridge. Traveling with two kids can be a challenge, but this resort made everything easy. Our family suite had plenty of space, a kitchenette to prepare snacks, and a balcony where we enjoyed evening breezes. I spent a week at this hotel and didn’t want to leave. The studio I stayed in had a small balcony that overlooked the garden, and it was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The pool was surrounded by tropical greenery and always kept clean. The beach was only a few minutes away, so I went there almost every day. The area had plenty of restaurants with fresh seafood and local dishes. The hotel was peaceful, even though it was in the city center. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Everything was so well thought out, from the design to the service.

    The hotel has a private beach where you can rest and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The beach is impressive, the accommodations spacious and of high quality. Special thanks to the entire Tortuga team, the service is excellent, they do everything to assist you with whatever you need, all cheerful, polite, and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also great, for breakfast and other meals. The golf cart helps a lot in getting around the property. I definitely recommend and will return soon.

    Me and my partner came here from UK to have a nice break from a busy city - London. This resort made a fantastic impression on us, we had a lovely and relaxing time. Room was luxurious and very spacy with additional facilities such as jacuzzi in the bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony. Food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jose who assisted us during our stay. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

    We really liked the vast territory and the beach with the sea. The hotel territory is large and we enjoyed long walks after dinner and before breakfast. We also liked it that there was a large variety of restaurants (with prior reservation) and bars, especially the beach bar and diamond bar. I loved massage by Isamar in Spa and [Raisa] was one of our favourite animators. Sunrise was very beautiful.
