Portofino exceeded our expectations since we entered the property. The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

The hotel Three Corners Happy Life is located on the first line from the sea. From the pontoon you can observe a beautiful underwater world that amazes with a variety of fish, and of course corals. The territory of the resort is well-groomed, a lot of greenery to trees. The hotel offers all inclusive. The cuisine, very tasty and varied with many fruits and sweets. Firstly, the food was fabulous - freshly cooked, very tasty and excellent variety from one day to the next. Everything else - the room; the staff etc were fantastic as well. I tipped as I wanted to and never felt like I had to like some places make you feel. Reception (Mohamed, Rahim, Sherif) were very helpful and friendly for general information and booking taxis; storing luggage etc. It was December/January so the pool was cold but who wants a pool when the beach is so nice? Three extremely nice reefs to snorkel for free with very easy access from the beach. Also very easy for beginners. I honestly loved it!! Top tip - if you snorkel between 7am and 8am you might have the entire reef to yourself....and the turtles of course...pure magic :-)

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience - a relaxing end of our 2 week trip in Egypt. Staff were very nice, welcoming, smiling and service-minded. The house reef was beautiful with lots of coloful fishes. Our room was the best on our trip in Egypt, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Food was good, we are vegan and there were plenty of options. Of course youl can find more interesting food elsewhere in Egypt but we were overall very happy.
