Great apartment, looking new and very well equipped in a sports complex that has everything to keep the whole family busy on a cold day. Nice check-in and check-out experience and I would definitively recommend it for any family going to Rovaniemi.

My husband and I had an amazing stay. Really cosy and quiet. We got to see the northern light from the cabin! No light pollution, great view of the skies! It seems remote but also in 10-15 mins drive from everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend to change- maybe an option to purchase a welcome package with some provisions. We arrived late at night so no chance to go to the shops

We booked with arctic tree hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and to see the Northern Lights. Staff, every single one, went beyond and above to make us comfortable. They are a joyful and organized staff. The hotel itself is unique, spotless, and very well situated for viewing Northern Lights and visiting Santa’s village and the town of Rovaniemi. The restaurant is exquisite! The breakfast buffet boasts Lapland favourites and the dinner menu is exquisite!!! If we didn’t live so far away in Canada, we would visit again and again!!!!

I really liked the staff. They were very generous and polite. We needed room for 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. We got room for 6. It was spacious and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good and all the things we needed. I would recommend this place. And little good surprise for us was swimming pool area whitch was really good and children enjoyd it.

The hotel is perfectly built. Being in the forest, the walking path and nature are wonderful. As Turks, it is difficult to please us with food, but the food was incredibly delicious. All the staff are friendly and polite, my favorite is the Spanish man.

We came here in winter. When we arrived, everything was really warm and toasty and clean. There is enough room for two couples or even more persons in the chalet. The fireplace and sauna are amazing. You can start hiking directly from there and have amazing views and ways in the forest surrounding you.
