The dictionary doesn't contain enough adjectives to describe Les Chambres Romantiques à Aix! My husband and I had the most perfect stay in the Notre suite L'Aixcellence suite. We spent time around the pool and time exploring the surrounding areas. You only have to cross the path to walk through the most beautifully cared for lavender field. Recommend you spend a night on the outside bed starring at the millions of stars. I cannot give enough praise to Damien and his parents for taking such wonderful care of us both. Their warmth and genuine concern that your stay is comfortable and everything you expected is exceptional. I would highly recommend experiencing the breakfast and dinners offered. Thank you and we look forward to our return visit.

Great customer service all your needs are attended to by an enthusiastic team that can truly advise on the cultural events in the area or outdoor activities. Shuttle service to the centre of Aix was very handy - thank you! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and attentive yet without being obtrusive and one staff member Michel remembered us from years ago and greeted us like old friends which was lovely. It is a very beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is second to none. The cuisine is outstanding and they have an excellent and extensive wine list. Rose petals are left on your pillows at night by the evening service and there are always little treats in store. The concierge is most helpful and can provide any information or service you require, for example airport transfers, chauffeured driven tours with wine tastings and picnics. There is a spa and swimming pool and beautiful grounds.

By far the best apartment we have stayed in around the world! Anne Clair and Juliette are warm and friendly and helped with anything we needed. Facilities are brilliant and exceed the photos and description provided. Close to everything within Aix and parking was simple and secure.
