I had a wonderful stay with my family! The place was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed and in a safe, convenient area. What really stood out was the support: whenever we had a question or needed help, someone was always available and ready to assist. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with family or group!

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.

the room was so so spacious and nice, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we had robes, hairdryer, great airconditioning, etc. the breakfast was phenomenal, so yummy, great service, lots of choices and even on the busy hours (between 9-10 am), -we still got seated very quickly and it wasn't too loud even though it was busy. the location was great for the reason we were there, which was attending a concert at the o2, a little far from the centre of london but there is an underground in about a 5 minute walk which was very nice! the staff was also so so very nice!! amazing service from the moment we arriced till the moment we left, everyone was so nice and they even brought the luggage to our room for us! we will definitely be staying there again!!
