I had a wonderful stay with my family! The place was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed and in a safe, convenient area. What really stood out was the support: whenever we had a question or needed help, someone was always available and ready to assist. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly special. The spa was perfect for relaxation, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Everything was so great that the place surpassed my expectations. Usually, even if a stay is nice, there would be some drawbacks, minor issues that don't impact the overall assessment. I must say that in the case of Master, there was nothing of that sort. The apartment was new, fresh, very elegantly decorated and equipped with high-quality devices and made of high-quality materials. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the apartment being located on the ground floor, there was no street noise or light whatsoever, due to excellent windows and thick curtains. Also, the location itself - just around the corner from St Paul's, but on a quiet street with no traffic - was ultra convenient (5 mins walk to the tube, lots of highlights within walking distance). We didn't use the spa area in the adjacent Leonardo Hotel because we didn't have time for that, but it surely adds to the overall value you receive. Highly recommended and definitely my place of choice for future travels to London!

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.
