The hotel is lovely, has an old world ambience which was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was huge, the temperature was perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy and well appointed. Will stay there again when next in Hythe.

The location. Our sim is attending a university close by and this was a perfect economical fit. Great breakfast & spa facilities with pool :)

Had a great stay. But a disaster when we left. Entire our fault. We'd left some of our luggage at the hotel, but didn't notice until we were in France. Contacted the hotel to explain. Fortunately, a lovely lady called Evie sorted things out, so we can collect our luggage when we return to the UK.
