Hotel on the outskirts of London but in 15 minutes you can get to the center by metro. Very nice and clean, traditional English breakfast. I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the girls at the reception, especially Vivien and Lilia, who resolved everything for us very quickly and with excellent attention. It's good that the chain has employees like that.

The hotel is very centrally located right in the heart of Canary Wharf, a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It is located above the roads which makes it quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with my baggage, check in and check out. The room is very spacious with good internet connection.

The apartment is nice and clean with enough space for 3 people. The kitchen appliances were great as we could prepare all the food we wanted to. Additionally, there's an iron which have proven to be helpful. The hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp and responded to all our inquiries within 5 to 10 minutes. We appreciate the gesture of borrowing us the EU UK electricity adapter.

Upon request, we were provided with a room on 22nd Floor and the view from the room was beyond words. The welcome at entrance to greetings at Reception, to the entire stay and check out was pleasant.
