Regina is a very special host at reception desk, very communicative, great energy, she helped us rent a car, get a taxi to the airport (for a family of 7), easily changed our accommodation to what my family really needed. Great assistance, thank you Regina. We travel a lot and I really think what you did for us was special. The hotel is in a really beautiful mountain area, lovely people work there. It was a really relaxing stay for my Easter holidays, thanks!

The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.

We had an incredible stay at Happy Cretan Suites in Agia Pelagia, Crete. The suite with a private pool was simply stunning, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. It's a perfect choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway. The proximity to Pelagia beach, just an 8-minute drive away, made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy a variety of dining options. The hotel and its facilities are excellent. The staff is very nice, rooms are big enough, there are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars plus the beach with the sea. Still, on top of this their restaurant is the most excellent - extreme wide variety of foods, very good quality and every night they offer a dedicated cuisine (like seafood, bbq, japanese food etc.). Most of the guests are from Germany, there were some from UK and the rest is not much.
