All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. From check-in to check-out. Especially Kadek Ardita at the front desk was great. At check-in I was taken to my villa which was perfect. With a beautiful terrace and the outdoor shower was awesome. I asked for a yoga mat and about 10 minutes later it was in my room. The place where yoga/sports can be done is beautiful with a great view. I also loved the selection of books in the library as it has a bit of everything. The room is also chilled. The food is very good and the restaurant staff very accommodating. Unfortunately I don't know all the names but yuanita in particular was charming. I had two massages and it was great! The wifi is also very good throughout the whole area. This resort makes you feel like you're in heaven in my opinion. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying time to yourself. I'm already looking forward to my next stay and can highly recommend it! I also extended my stay from 3 to 5 nights because I just didn't want to leave. Many thanks to the whole team for the great service!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wish our travel plan would've allowed us to stay longer here. The hotel was pretty , super Clean and just a 5 min walk away from the beach! The Restaurant was also super delicious, the Pizza was the best I had in years. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful . The receptionist was a really lovely soul . I hope you reach your dreams and trust your intuition girl . All in all I'd recommend to come back if you'd love a hassle free stay away from the crowds still in paradise:)

I like the hotel very nice and beautiful territory. good spacious room with bath😍 I like the balcony and in the evening on balcony can listen the sound of the ocean.     The rooms were immaculate! So many little, beautiful details made our stay. The robes, bath salts, Netflix and the beautiful balcony area was outstanding. The staff were so helpful and kind. The spa facilities were amazing, one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. The massages were more pricey than others but it was worth it.

    Great location, quiet spot and lovely spa attached The villa pools are perfect to relax and rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast buffet and great coffee, opens at 08:00 so an early surf is a must Staff are lovely and very helpful

    The villa was gorgeous with a lovely pool. We were so grateful that we had been given a villa in a 3 villa complex solely to ourselves. This made our stay perfect. The staff at reception, the drivers, the cleaning staff, were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Some excellent dishes on the evening menu, especially starters and the snack menu. The spa was lovely with excellent massages on offer at very reasonable prices. Good tours arranged by reception staff, again at reasonable prices.

    This accomodation was amazing. The food was so good and the staff were so friendly (they went above and beyond). Being right on the beach was awesome.I was able to relax by the pool while husband could surf right out the front where I could watch him get some good waves. Also the spa was soooo good. Couples Balinese massage highly recommend.
