We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. It has almost everything you can wish for. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. A lot of choice, delicious coffee but best of all outstanding service. Props to all the hotel staff delivering the best and personal service one could possibly ask for. I can’t remember all the names I had good conversations with, but one I do remember is Hambali. His service is more than outstanding.

We had a lovely stay at Le Polonia and were sad to only stay one night. We arrived early into Medan and were welcomed by the lovely reception staff at Le Polonia. They offered us an upgrade on our booked room and even gave us free early check in! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has many great facilities as well as being central and close to nice restaurants and other sights. When we are back in Medan we will definitely be staying here again
