What a very special place this is, we were enchanted. Had a fabulous spa treatment, watching the monkeys with their babies while having a head massage. Truly the most relaxing place I’ve stayed in. I had room 6, a standard room which was perfect, a dressing room to hide my suitcase and stuff! We had sundowners in the tree house. And the waterfall was in full flow. Lovely food, lovely staff. Yes, it’s expensive, but so worth it.

This place has it all. We could only stay for the weekend, but we got one surprise after another, starting when we entered this stunning domain full of flowers, trees, animals and calmness. This place made us deconnect immediately and created space for a lot of thoughts and discussions about life and how we deal with it. A beautiful sunrise, a ceremony in honor of the inauguration of this retreat, interesting talks and a traditional dance performance later, we drove back to Angamaly with our head full of thoughts and our heart full of gratitude.

The stay was beyond our expectations from the very first moment! Fantastic communication, wonderful and very helpful staff - Priscilla, you were amazing! Our children and we were regretting that Parudessa House was fully book for the next few days as we would love to be back. But if not this then definitely next time. We highly recommend the place if you’re looking for a special, quite and relaxing stay 🤩

This gorgeous retreat in the middle of a peaceful forest was the perfect finish of my 1 month backpacking trip through South India. Every day you can join 2 yoga classes (6:30 and 17:30) and you will get consultation from an ayurvedic doctor. The oil massages and steam treatments were super relaxing, the room and bed were super comfy and the swimming pool offered a great refreshment. Simple ayurvedic meals kept my stomach happy and the staff was amazing! 🙏
