Beautiful ambience seeped in culture. Very thoughtful and welcoming staff - took care of our smallest comforts and details. Special shout out to Sunita from the front office who took care of all our requests and showed us around the property and to Kunal the gate guard - who was super helpful with his knowldge about Kolkata and helped us plan our each day with helpful tips and suggestions!! The staffs at 31/32 were very nice and helped celebrate my husband's birthday. Varsha the cleaning lady was so sweet and polite. Breakfast was very nice, good variety and changes over the 3 days we were there.
