Best administrator ever! Super polite, smiling, professional. Check in experience was quick and pleasant. Room was clean, they offer complimentary water like 3 liters, which is perfect for us. Location is good. Pool was very clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Residency towers in Coimbatore The staff helped us with places to see and also provided help on how we could get to our next destination. And also helped us with suggesting getting an Indian phone number... As that makes booking trains etc. A lot easier. Big thanks to Prabu and Bridget at the front desk.. for all the help. This was a fantastic stay! I arrived in the evening after three long days of travel, and it was exactly the respite I needed. I ordered in-room dining from the wonderful restaurant and from the bar, and I thoroughly enjoyed both in the comfort of my pajamas. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, and breakfast was also among the best I’ve had while traveling. I chatted with Anjitha, one of the staff members, while I enjoyed breakfast, and she made me feel welcome. Highly recommended.
