Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Initially we were put up in the standard business king room which was smaller than expected but we requested to be moved to the deluxe room and couldn’t be happier. The room and the view was amazing. We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was absolutely brilliant, super warm and welcoming and catered to all our needs.
