The staff were very friendly and accommodating! It was my birthday and they bought breakfast to our suite and gave us a cake - very sweet touch and much appreciated! The room was beautiful, especially the bath outside and the private sauna. Truly beautiful hotel great stay.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

The staff is amazing! Very thoughtful and nice!! They think about all the details. I loved the room and the view! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

My experience was exceptional. The best aspect of my stay was the excellent food for dinner, and the outstanding hospitality shown by the restaurant staff. Also, the bus stop for getting to the skiing resort was only a few steps away from the hotel. Awesome!
