Nice appartment with fully equipped little kitchen, nice and clean bathroom, everything looked new. I appreciated daily room cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts in the garden under a lemon tree were very pleasant, just choice could be little more variable. The old town is really charming with all those narrow lines and stairs up and down, city beach was fine with a very clean water. And just couple of minutes from the appartment.

Popilia Country Resort is a 4-star property set 7 km from the seafront and a 10-minute drive from Pizzo Calabro.

Love this resort! Such picturesque views! The only issue is that a long drive up mountain to get to it. Otherwise, it's just beautiful. Great breakfast, too!

It just has an amazing swimming pool. It's very clean water and even when there is a lot of people in the hotel, you don't see this mass while swimming.(that's how large the pool is) I loved the feeling to always have a free chair and also a dining table. There are enough activities for the kids. Respect for the staff. They do an outstanding job of keeping everything clean and all visitors satisfied.

Modern and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming very nice. Room was a nice size with balcony and a little clothes line for beach towels. Lots of free parking outside the door. Bathroom nice size. Towels and bed linen were of a very good quality. Breakfast was very nice with the offer of eggs and of course a freshly made caffe!

It was the highlight of my trip to Calabria. I have stayed for 4 days. Parghelia wasn't on my list i was planning to stay in Tropea until i found the hotel located a short walking distance to Tropea but staying still in a quieter area far away from mass tourism. I have absolutely loved loved the place and staying in Villino Eleonora along with Alessandro hospitality made my trip more special.Villa is a historical building surrounded by garden which is a pleasure to walk around and admire. There are three beaches by walking distance where you can easily set beach towel or sunbed with umbrella. Beach wasn't crowdy and they are facilities available if you want a snack od drink. Beautiful sunset with Stromboli in the background. There are a couple of Pizzerias and one great restaurant in the heart of the city centre. Room where i have stayed had high speed WiFi, air con, everything was spotless clean and a terrace where you could see Tropea in the distance. Everyday i was served a delicious breakfast: egg dish, bowl of fruits and bread with homemade jams. I am sure i will book it again.

Pasquale was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment was one the most well-equipped and well thought out I have ever seen. It was nice to catch up on laundry with the washing machine. It was very clean 10/10. The bed was very comfortable. Private free parking.

Hotel Tropis is 350 metres from the historical centre of Tropea. It offers 2 pools, a spa and wellness centre and air-conditioned rooms with a satellite TV. WiFi is free.
