Beauitful, stylish resort, with extremly helpfull end flexible staff. I would like to highlight the Lady with short black hair at the front office, i guess Nicola, and the gentleman at the beach with glasses. And the lady with long braun hair at the beach. She was also very helpfull and kind. Our room was super, facing to Venice. The breakfast and the dinner at Cip’s club were also beyond expectations. Many thanks. Def will come back

Beautifully located near the Rialto, and yet still with an intimate and calm feel. Reachable directly by boat which we obviously did. Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!
