The breakfast and lunch were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pools were spotless and so relaxing, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The gardens and grounds are truly stunning. But what stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—genuinely warm and thoughtful service that made the stay even more special.

Everything about the property was amazing very clean and tidy. The host Angelo was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend staying in this place good for solo travellers and couples.

What a great place! My host, Barbara was wondeful, kind and considerate. It's clearly a well loved place with interesting details carefully chosen by Barbara. The location is central so it's easy to get around yet also quiet so you can relax in peace.

I stayed in the rooftop suite with a skylight. It was a very unique layout. I liked it. The host was extremely friendly. It was a pleasure staying here.

Location is great. Just in de middle of the historic center. Place was spotless and we loved it that there was a big sleeping couch for our daughter. There were fans. Hot shower and fridge. Great host with good advice were to go and helpful with finding save and cool parking.

Paulo the host is lovely and he owns the local Fornai Bakery. He gave us excellent advice on where to go like the Lake Vico and good restaurants. I highly recommend this venue.

The location is splendid, you are in the heart of the ancient “borgo”. Very nice terrace and common area for the guests.,The room is completely new and very clean. The bed is comfortable. Excellent view from the window. Very nice bathroom.

“Everything is new, though the decor feels a bit sterile—but that’s a matter of taste. Other than that, everything is fine.” Only coffee can be better….😉
