Awesome facilities and service, such as daily complimentary ramen for supper. Onsen level also had great facilities (eg. extensive comic corner, massage chairs, laundry machines) and set up. Good location, about 10min walk from train station. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

The rooftop spa is excellent! Enjoyed watching snow swirl through the outdoor bath's steam.
Breakfast was also great, very nicely presented with many local delicacies. Would have preferred a longer stay.
