Meals were excellent, the onsen was very nice and relaxing. The hotel has everything one needs, and the atmosphere is very hospitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The little town is tranquil and nice.

An exceptional stay! One of the most unique experiences we had in Japan. We booked the premium with the private Onsen - just super, the room was large, spacious and tidy, the hosts were very welcoming, we had some additional privileges coming with room as well, and the town is charming. Perfect location less than a minute from the stairs to the shrine. Only a 10 minute walk to the train. Loads of shops line the stairs. The hotel itself was exceptional: staff, facilities, onsen, restaurant, room - all were absolutely top notch. One of our best stays in Japan!

I had the spa all to myself. That's all I need to say. It is an old building, very clean and comfortable. It is next to the river and right in town. The location was fantastic.

Good location, a 5 minute walk from the station. About a 15-minute walk to the castle. Good view of the castle from the room. Hotel was happy to store my luggage before check in.

Best sea view and good service. Good location for travel to other place and have a lot of food shops and Aeon Mall in the vicinity. I am sure I will come back again.
