Great location and value for money. Less than 5min walk from nearby underground car park, and entrance under covered arcade. Welcome drink and courtesy umbrellas a nice touch. Got the triple room with the option for two large single beds and one smaller single bed, much more comfy than the usual small double + single default option.

The hotel was in a great location, near bus and tram stops, the staff were all very nice and the breakfast had a lot of options, for the amount I paid it was very worth it. 7/11 on the bottom floor if you want to buy any snacks or drinks. The Spa was a little small but was still very nice and relaxing.

Good location. Just opposite to the bus terminal. Great breakfast & springs. The outdoor spring is wonderful. Next to shopping mall with information centre for bus tickets & SUNQpass reservation inside. Many good restaurants nearby. Almost all scenic sites are within walking distance.

Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

The host, which I was allowed to call Rio is super nice and welcoming. And as a young traveler he created a very safe and calm atmosphere. The hostel was super comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Kikuchi is such a nice place with many beautiful spots around the area. I rented a bike from Rio and drove around on my first day, and I was positively overwhelmed by the beauty of the nature! I can recommend to go here!:)
