Very nice hotel with kind staff. Welcome drink at arriving. Breakfast was also great and the private outdoor onsen area on the top floor was a brilliant experience.

Heating was working great ! Useful with the snow storm outside. There is a Konbini just across the street and the train station is 5minutes by feet. The breakfast was very nice.

Perfect! Near JR station and bus terminal with 5 minutes walk. The room is big and well equipped. It has microwave and washing machine. Breakfast is delicious. We also enjoyed the onsen there.

The onsen was beautiful as the location near the the mountains was fantastic. It was not a new and shiny place but felt like a wonderful way to experience a traditional Japanese resort with access to spectacular walking in the alps.
