I had a fantastic experience staying at your hotel. Despite a slight delay with customs and luggage collection at JKIA, the shuttle driver, Philip, patiently waited for me—thank you for the exceptional service! The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and upon arrival, the night staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, making me feel right at home. Their support and kindness truly stood out. After a long journey from Washington, I was exhausted, but the meal provided was excellent, and I had a restful sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything I needed was available, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciate the assistance from both the hotel manager and the shuttle driver in helping me sort out a SIM card at the airport. Their support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful. Met at the airport by hotel lodge driver and car was very welcome and convenient as was the airport drop off.
