This is a five-star hotel in every sense. The room was huge, well-adorned, and comfortable (especially the bed). The jacuzzi was so nice, as were the furniture and appliances. It's also worth noting that the hotel is in a good neighborhood with some great coffee shops and diners nearby. There is also a large park right behind the hotel that runs for multiple kilometers through the city.

The staff, at reception, the restaurant, the porters, the health club, are superb; they could work easily in any of the best hotels anywhere in the world. The lobby area and restaurant are also excellently laid out for privacy, comfort and pleasure. The food from the restaurant is excellent, especially the lunch buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at Kausar Hotel in Bishkek. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. A special mention goes to Sabina, who made my stay truly memorable. She not only provided excellent service but also took me on a tour around Bishkek, giving me a great introduction to the city. Her English was excellent, which made communication so easy, and her knowledge of the local spots added a lot to the experience. I highly recommend Kausar Hotel for anyone visiting Bishkek – the staff, especially Sabina, made it a fantastic experience!

Just a really functional hotel with great, attentive staff. A couple of great restaurants and very much in the city. Highly recommended.

The hotel Golden Dragon is situated in Bishkek, just about a 10-minute drive from the city centre and the train station.

We stayed three nights at the beginning and one night at the end of our tour in Kirgizstan (in rooms 302 and 304). The hotel has a perfect and also a quiet location in the centre of the city. It is only a few minutes walk to the central square. It is an older hotel, with charm. The room has good beds, tea facilities and good WiFi. In the reception of the hotel is an ATM. The breakfastbuffet was a joy for the eye and offered a lot of choices. We appreciated very much the service of the employees. They had arranged (for $ 20) on our request an airport taxi in the middle of the night when we arrived. As requested we also had a quiet room at the backside. We have had a good “take away breakfast” because we had an early flight home. Overall a hotel where we would stay again if we ever would be in Bishkek.
