Everything were perfect from the receptionist Mr Rong, bell boy till the housekeeper........it gives me a very good impression. Their services is beyond 5 star which provides us warm welcome and politeness. The breaksfast were good and the staff in the DAtas were very efficient and polite. The location were great too. The room were very nice and comfortable. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended.

Perfect value for money. We got an apartment with nice view (Petronas towers, KLCC park etc.) from the 47th floor. Everything looked new, not a sign of wear and tear. The place was pretty big, had all necessary facilities, including two bedrooms, two TVs, two bathrooms (one with panoramic windows and a bathtub), a kitchen with a stove, coffee machine, dishes, kitchenware, table, washing machine, drying machine, fridge etc. It didn't have a dishwasher though (would've been nice if it did). The staff was great too, our apartment was cleaned daily, towels were changed every time. The managers answered every our question in WhatsApp without delays. Rooftop pool on the 51st floor was a nice addition, we could access it free of charge (it's closed after 10pm though). View there was even better. Suggest going there right before dusk or after dusk if you want to take pictures.
