Our stay at Square was perfect! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms and facilities were new and everything felt quite clean (and this is coming from someone who is a germophobe). I would definitely stay there again.

I’ve never met more warm and hospitable hoteliers before. I loved the room/whole place so much, it is so charming and quaint with the traditional Newari architecture… that’s a huge treat by itself to experience a part of authentic Nepali culture and history in this 300 year old building… also I can’t forget the hot shower + Huge comfy mattress! And just having tea in the courtyard… but above all I enjoyed my conversations with Yelos the most. He is so knowledgable about Nepal’s cultural, art and spiritual history… I felt like I got 10 free guided tours without leaving the guest house. And yes it very much encapsulates the feeling of a guest house rather than a cold, corporate style hotel where there is no warmth and personal involvement. I highly recommend Hira Guest House. They helped me with so many things and saw that each guest got the same amazing service and treatment, it was so delightful to stay and I can’t wait to come back again.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! I really was enjoying the whole ambience…. the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the decor perfectly fit the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel was clean and modern and there were security officers at the door to keep us safe. But the best part of the whole experience was the front desk staff and there are 2 waitresses They are really Amazing.They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. They were not only professional but also full of personality. They made us laugh and should be recognized for their hard work.Food was superb( Thank you Chef). The Positives: The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff provided exceptional service. The dining options were fantastic and all the staff were excellent. The rooms were also very clean and equipped with a large TV. The location is ideal for tourists, as many landmarks are within walking distance. Negatives:- During breakfast there is no option for cappuccino or No any coffee from the machine. Overall,One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.Can't wait to come back!

Best hotel I stayed in in Nepal. Its clean and modern, internet was good enough to work from, the breakfast was very tasty and they catered to my special needs, which was very nice (I am celiac and cant eat wheatflour). Also the location is great and I enjoyed Bhaktapur, which is a very nice city.

Wow! This is a very special place with amazing views and tranquil atmosphere. The staff are attentive and take care in making you feel comfortable and relaxed by providing everything at your fingertips. My husband and and I were greeted with a warm reception from Rabin Khadka went above and beyond to make it very special for our 10th anniversary. Very comforttable hotel. They respond immediately and efficiently to messages. A good spacious room , with a very good shower and comfortable matrass. The service was excellent , always present but not intrusive. There is a nice large swimmingpool. And the monastry is also really beautiful. They arranged for me a sound healing and it was really great. The food menu surprise me with the low prices and the high quality even als the drinks like a cocktail Magarita. Delicious and complete affordable. I spend the last of my two days in Nepal here and I highly recommended it as a way to end my stay in this beautiful country.
